heart bleeds,
               every now n then.
i know all the reasons,

            n brings me peace.

heart asks,
            i start the quest.
few r answered,
            others continue to infest.

heart hopes,
            n skips a beat.
few simply extinguish,
            others give u the treat.

heart misses,
             u search replacement.
man may vary but,
             cant help sentiments.

heart demands,
              brain explains.
emotions produce the show,
              logic entertains.

heart cries,
              for someone else,
soul shines like a pearl,
              when u let go the shells.

heart swells,
              with the pride.
when u finally confront,
              what u wanna avoid.

heart stops,
              n u die.
soul keeps asking,
